Ministerial visit to Emmelev A/S

Minister for Grøn Trepart, Jeppe Bruus, visited the company in Otterup to find out about sustainable products developed with rapeseed as a raw material.

This week, the Minister for Grøn Trepart, Jeppe Bruus, visited Emmelev A/S to find out how the company is working to develop production and ensure sustainability also in the future at a company that processes raw materials from danish agriculture.

Jeppe Bruus is running as a parliamentary candidate on Fyn, and at the meeting were NordFyns Social Democratic mayoral candidate Kasper Solberg and chairman of 3FNordhøjFyn, Leif Rothe Rasmussen.

As minister, Jeppe Bruus is working to implement the large and comprehensive agricultural Danish agreement, which will mean that large agriculturel areas will be taken out of production, while agriculture will otherwise develop in a much more sustainable direction for the benefit of the climate and the environment. Jeppe Bruus was therefore interested in how Emmelev A/S develops sustainable products and thus is part of the future development.
